Description

The aim of this Tender is to procure a Main Contractor to reconfigure an existing staff area to form a new communications hub and two offices. Works include stripping out floor and ceiling finishes and existing fixtures, fittings and associated services followed by the construction of a small partition and associated door and provision of new wall, floor and ceiling finishes, fixtures and fittings, lighting, data and radiant heating panels.

The project will and need to be completed with minimal impact on the services we provide to our patients
