Description
The scope of the requirement is for a consultant to work with and guide the project lead from Judicial HR and where appropriate internal team/s made up of key stakeholders from Judicial HR, JEB, MoJ and Judicial Office to redefine grading and structure of the judiciary.
The scope of this work is the salary group placement and leadership recognition for all courts and tribunals roles in current group 5 and 6.1 of the judicial salary structure (broadly speaking, upper tribunal judges and other tribunal leadership judges, circuit judges and senior circuit judges).
The aim of the work is to develop an approach to the salary placement of judges in these groups, across the courts and tribunals judiciary, together with a consistent approach to the recognition of leadership responsibilities, that can command the support of the senior judiciary.
