The Framework will commence on the 1st July 2016 and, subject to satisfactory performance, will operate for a period of four (4) years, terminating at midnight on the 30th June 2020 (the Framework Period). The purpose of the services covered by the Framework are to provide the Authority's Looked After Children and Care Leavers with accommodation and outreach support to assist them to gain self-care and independent living skills; and to make a smooth transition to secure and stable long-term accommodation. The Framework shall consist of the following Lots: § Lot A: Accommodation (current spend is approximately £860,000 per annum); § Lot B: Outreach (current spend is approximately £500,000 per annum); and § Lot C: Transition Houses (current spend is approximately £540,000 per annum). Providers are permitted to submit a Tender for any one or more of the Lots for which they consider they are suitably qualified and experienced. Providers shall be aware however that appointment to each Lot will be evaluated separately and that appointment to one Lot for which they have submitted a Tender shall not automatically result in appointment to any other Lot for which the Tender has been submitted. In accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 a full set of tender documents is available via the public area of the London Tenders Portal. However, the submission of Tenders must be made in accordance with the attached Tender Instructions. In addition further information can be obtained from the attached advert.
