Description
There is a requirement to purchase and/or hire approx. 500m² of modular buildings to extend an existing temporary school facility for the start of the academic year on 02nd Sept 2016, including associated external works. The works comprise a turn-key package including design coordination, site preparation, fencing works and clearance, provision of modular units, all services connections - requiring the supplier to make all applications to the statutory services suppliers (electric, water and drainage), their applications, payments and all relevant information to the local authority's highway, planning depts, and development control teams to complete the Works - and the demobilisation following completion and site reinstatement.
