Description

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) intends to enhance the skills and capability of the commercial teams within the health family (DHSC, its executive agencies and Arm's Length Bodies) through a procurement capability programme of procurement and commercial training. There are currently approximately 1,000 commercial practitioners across these organisations. The training programme will deliver a suite of training courses and teaching materials, which are public sector specific, to new and existing staff.

DHSC wishes to engage with suppliers who might be able to help us with this training and inform our requirements.

Suppliers with experience of delivering procurement and commercial capability training are invited to attend an online market engagement event on 25 October 2021 between 11am and 12:30pm.

Please register your interest by emailing Procurementpolicy@dhsc.gov.uk by midday on 22 October 2021 with the names/contact information of those attending the event from your organisation. We will provide details of the online meeting once you have confirmed your attendance..
