UKFSS allows Local Authorities (LA) & Labs to upload food sampling data
to a centrally held FSA location. LA, Labs and the FSA can run reports on
sample info collected.
The FSA requires 6 days of support and maintenance a month for this
application to ensure system integrity is not compromised.
