Description

The Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme Delivery Report, agreed by both Houses in July 2018, identified a requirement for a new training programme that should be available to all those working on the parliamentary estate. This procurement is to identify a suitable supplier for that training.

8.1. The UK Parliament is seeking a supplier to deliver training to combat bullying and harassment and sexual misconduct as part of a system of training to support the new Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme (ICGS)
8.2. The ICGS, together with the new Behaviour Code, provides a framework for creating a respectful and courteous working environment and allows allegations of unacceptable behaviour to be dealt with promptly, fairly and effectively
