The IT Service Desk front-line team night shift (7pm - 7am) has been outsourced to remove current risks, whilst offering credible financial efficiency savings. The existing major incident process remains unaffected with the current on-call rota ensuring specialists are available to respond to major incidents.

This was a Further Competition under the Crown Commercial Service framework Technology Services 3, Lot 3a. There is a 12 month extension option available in the contract.
