Description

Tameside Council own The Morgan Quarter which is a mixed-use development in the Centre of Cardiff, incorporating retail, commercial office and residential accommodation. The site is located in Central Cardiff flanked by St. Mary's Street and The Hayes and connected by two arcades - The Royal & Morgan respectively. The scheme is a Grade 2 Listed Building. The Council is seeking quotes for the installation of a variety of working at height safety equipment to minimise the risk of falling from height. The Council is seeking written quotes from contractors for this work. Bidders will provide a written quotation, providing equipment specification and installation details with costs on each area identified within the specification obtainable from the advertisement on the Chest Procurement portal. Bidders must submit their quotes by 21 September 2018 by uploading their quotation to the Chest Procurement Portal.
