Advance Northumberland (Housing) Limited, as part of our yearly accountancy practices carry out annual asset reevaluations across the full portfolio. We are therefore looking to appoint MRICS Surveyors to provide comprehensive asset valuations of the Residential Portfolio valued in accordance with MRICS Valuation standards, in accordance with UKGAAP (FRS 102) regulations.
