Description

The Estates Department invites proposals for an external cleaning company to supply professional services to clean the interior for two of its premier buildings listed below.

1. Enterprise Centre 37, Bridge Street. Derby DE1 3LA
2. One Friargate Square Agard Street. Derby DE1 1DZ .

(To aid the Supplier in providing a cost to undertake the work we have included detailed floor layouts for each building.)

The term of this agreement will be for two years with an annual review and the terms and conditions will be our standard terms attached to this tender. In addition a service level agreement to be agreed as part of this process will be utilised.


One Friargate is a new building with no previous staff presence

The Enterprise Centre has one staff member responsible for cleaning. Further TUPE details will be available on request.
