Rochford District Council ('the Council') is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake various activities that culminate in the preparation of an Infrastructure Delivery Plan (IDP). The main purpose of the IDP will be to inform, justify and deliver its emerging Local Plan.
