Description
Radian requires one provider of a performance coaching system who can, ideally, also provide an instant engagement system. However, depending on the result of this competitive process, Radian may decide to contract with two separate providers.
Further details are given in the document set herewith. Please note in particular clause 2.2 of Appendix A: Specification; the performance coaching system shall be in the form of software as a service (SaaS) and must be able to deliver a direct, demonstrable link between the cumulative effect of staff achievements and the highest level of objective. This is an essential requirement, and any bids unable to satisfactorily demonstrate this will be unsuccessful.
