Description
The final date and time for the submission of bids is 08/05/2018 at 11:00hrs DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of Requirement The Low Pay Commission (LPC) invites tenders for research to assess the factors that affect the labour market decisions of young people aged 16-24. This project has two separate, and distinct, requirements. The first requirement is for a review of the policies affecting young people's participation in education, training and work. The second requirement is for a qualitative or quantitative exploration of the factors that currently determine whether, and how, young people participate in the labour market, including the importance of the level of wages/minimum wages, education and training policy, and the system of financial and other support for young people. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document. How to Apply As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS will be using the CCS eSourcing Suite for this procurement.
