Description

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building & Roofing Contractors to carry out the replacement of rooflights at Meadow Green Primary School Meadow Road Wythall Worcestershire B47 6EQ
A recent condition survey identified leaks surrounding existing rooflights throughout the school. It is proposed that these be replaced.
Replacement rooflights - Bauder Euroglaze system
The Bauder rooflight system must be used in order to retain existing guarantee on recently installed roof covering. Contractor must be a Bauder approved installer.
Site Visit:
Ascertain the nature of the site, access thereto and all local conditions and restrictions likely to affect the execution of the Works.
