Description
This work will build on the existing evidence prepared in 2017 as part of the Local Plan preparation, to reflect current circumstances as well as the provision of more detailed survey work required to support the identification of development parcels within the AAP area and the identification of constraints and areas for protection. The project will require the use of the Biodiversity 3.0 metric to understand existing ecological conditions across the site and advise on opportunities for off setting and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) across the AAP area.
