Description
Leicestershire county council is excited to offer this outstanding opportunity for a bidder to acquire the responsibility of managing the landlord function for supported housing at Brookfield Gardens, Harborough under a leasehold agreement.
Refurbishment works are currently underway. The successful bidder can liaise with the Council and the building Contractor to ensure that the finished scheme will be sustainable and provide a place where people will choose to live. This may include giving advice based on own experience and/or practical solutions to the build specification.
This Invitation to Tender document (including appendices and other documentation) issued to bidders sets out details of the authority's requirements and how to submit your proposal. Please ensure you read it carefully, however should you need any further information please see section below on how to raise questions during the proposal period.
Leicestershire County Council will be expecting a financial payment of at least £150,000 per annum for the lease of the property; we are assuming this will be a residual amount provided from the core rents charged to the tenant.
