The project involves the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Bede building to allow for its use as a teaching location for a new Apprenticeship Degree.

8) Some fire installation i.e. smoke detectors
9) Installation of curtains

11) Accessibility works involving an accessible WC and the widening of doorways
