Description

To work with the key decision makers at retailers and processors to influence and implement the results on the meat aisle and meat labelling research in store. To showcase the impact which implementing our recommendations could have on red meat (beef, lamb, pork) basket size, shopper behaviour and consumer perceptions of red meat. This project was bought about by extreme urgency from the business and therefore there was not enough time to go out to tender.
