Description
The service will provide a short to medium term accommodation based housing support service for single people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and who are vulnerable and need support to enable them to develop or regain the skills required to live more independently in the community. The service will be provided to clients aged 16 plus. There will be no upper age limit.
