Description

The Contracting Authority is seeking to appoint a Contractor for the Collection, Treatment, Recovery and Disposal of Hazardous Waste from locations within Northumberland.
The contractor will provide a regular monthly doorstep collection and treatment, recovery and/or disposal service for hazardous waste from properties in Northumberland, including households, council depots, schools and waste management facilities. It will also be responsible for the removal and treatment, recovery and/or disposal of illegally deposited (fly tipped) hazardous waste in a prompt, safe and responsible manner.
