Description

The Authority currently owns approximately 450 units of Containers (consisting of 15, 30
and 40 yard specifications), as well as approximately 140 units of pedestrian Access Steps
located across its 21 RCHWs.

To maintain these items, the Authority is seeking to procure a contract for the maintenance
and repair of the above mentioned Container units and Access Step units, as well as Adhoc Maintenance Works.

The requirements of this tender have been divided into two (2) Lots:
- Lot 1: Container Maintenance
- Lot 2: Access Step Maintenance (including Adhoc Maintenance Works)

As part of the 1054 - Container and Access Step Maintenance Tender, the Authority wishes
to invite interested providers to attend an online Bidder Session on Tuesday 21st May 2024
(1pm - 3:30pm).

This Bidder Session shall be set up as an online Teams Town Hall meeting. Where Bidders are
unable to attend this event, it will be recorded and can be shared following the session.

The Authority expects the Bidder Session to last approximately two and a half (2.5) hours,
with a short break after the first hour. The Authority intends to cover the below topics during
the Bidder Session:

- Tender overview
- Document overview
- Standard Selection Questionnaire
- Commercial Response Matrix
- Social Value
