Description

ABC are seeking a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to carry out replacement of aged, defective or shared mains water supplies to its housing stock. The process involves, but is not limited to:

- Liaison and coordination of the works with the Statutory Service Provider.
- Excavation for and renewal water service pipework externally.
- Replacement of water service pipework internally, sufficient to reinstate supply.
- New internal and external valves and controls.
- All reinstatement work internally and externally to disturbed or excavated areas.
- Providing a Health and Safety File in accordance with the CDM 2015 Regulations with marked up plans detailing the installations undertaken.

13 weeks from 7th September 2020
