NOTE: This notice was updated on 16 September 2024 for the following reason: Amendment to suitable for SME's, changed from No to Yes.(1.1.1To carry out work to Incomplete compartmentation between head of party wall and roof surface to 1 to 68 Marsden Road, South Shields NE34 6RJ. Reinstate missing section of party wall within roof space to provide 60 minutes fire resistance by forming a complete vertical separation between the two dwellings. The junction between the separating wall and the roof covering is required to be fully fire stopped with fire resistant material to provide minimum 60 minutes fire resistance. Any tiling or slating battens that rest on the wall, the space between them should be filled with mortar or other not less suitable material.)
