Thirteen Housing Group is undertaking refurbishment to properties in Greatham & Carlton, and Whinney Banks & North Ormesby. Thirteen seeks to appoint up to TWO contractors (one per lot) to support and supplement the Thirteen In-House team in activities including boiler replacement and full heating replacements.
