Description

The Ad: Venture programme, provides ERDF funded growth support to pre-start, start-up and young business in their first three years of trading in the Leeds City Region and is part funded by European Regional Development Funding. To date the programme has distributed just under £4 million in grant value and awarded 600 grants. This is a call for the provision of consultancy support to the Ad: Venture programme for a review of the main grants service. Additionally the consultant will examine the wider programme's inclusivity
