Description

HMRC is on a journey of unprecedented transformational change and HR OD has a critical role in supporting HMRC Customer Groups to develop their Organisation Design as they transition to the new HMRC operating model. The Contractor is required to develop an organisation design which aligns a strategic and modern Head Quarters (HQ) with a Regional operation. 2.2. The Contractor is required to develop a common Organisational Design aligned to the Department's overarching strategies and then work with each of the following Customer Groups to deliver the strategy.
a) Customer Services;
b) Customer Compliance; and
c) Customer Strategy and Tax Design.
A call-off competition was used utilising the Crown Commercial Service ConsultancyONE framework.
