Description

Provision and support of RFID-enabled self-service kiosks to enable Worcestershire Library users to check out and return books without library staff intervention.
Payment terminals (cash, and cash with card) will be required for some kiosks.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CONTRACTS WILL ONLY BE AWARDED DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER OF THE KIOSKS THEMSELVES; PLEASE NO INTERMEDIARIES.

There are 21 libraries across the County. There is also a library which is a joint venture between Worcestershire County Council and the University of Worcester.

Two options are required:
1) Excluding The Hive: 28 kiosks - 1 basic, 7 credit card and 20 cash
2) Including The Hive: 32 Kiosks - 1 basic, 10 credit card, 21 cash
