Description

Tandridge District Council is contracting for refurbishment works at Quadrant House. Quadrant House is a mixed use commercial building in central Caterham, with retail/restaurant units on the ground floor and approximately 33,000 sq ft of office space above.

This PQQ is being issued as the first stage of a two stage Restricted process with a value below the FTS (previously EU) threshold for Works but above the threshold for Services where a pre-selection stage is permitted. Following the Selection Stage a shortlist of 5 suppliers will be invited to the Invitation to Tender stage.
