The full external redecoration of The Queens House (excluding the recently decorated south elevation) including the removal of any existing damaged paintwork to be replaced with a base primer and three layers of colour with weather shielding qualities (to be specified).
The East & North Wings of the National Maritime Museum also require the same level of redecoration. Tenders should allow for two separate costs for each element (QH & NMM) with acknowledgement (and cost guarantee) that the NMM works may have to be carried out up to 18 months later.
