Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
The Council is seeking providers of temporary accommodation properties of varying sizes (the Units) in varying locations in and around Chelmsford and the surrounding areas together with wrap around accommodation services to be delivered at the Units. This is an open procedure under PCR 2015
