Description
Medway Council is seeking to commission a provider with the skills, expertise and proven track record of managing and expanding a Shared Lives service, to help expand Medway's Shared Lives service for a period of 12 months and equip the team with the skills and capacity for taking this forward. Medway's Shared Lives service already achieves good outcomes for its clients and offers carers good support and competitive fees but requires the capacity, skills and expertise to help it grow and develop to meet the increasing demand for this service. Medway Council is seeking a strategic partner to take forward a Shared Lives service expansion programme by creating a dynamic and engaging market presence to attract carers with the skills and ability to care for clients aged 18+ with Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, Speech and communication needs, Sensory impairment and Physical Disabilities. The contract will be for 12 months. All interested parties are requested to register their interest on the Kent Business Portal and submit a completed Invitation to Quote document by Monday 9th April 2018. All enquiries relating to this ITQ must be submitted via the Messaging function on the portal. This requires providers to be registered on the Kent Business Portal.
