Description

This is a notice of intent to publish a future tender opportunity.

South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, on behalf of the All-Age Mental Health Alliance, would like to engage with the market to understand a potential partnership of voluntary and community sector organisations, including local black-led organisations that will provide care and support for adults 18+ in their mental health, including people with serious mental illness.

This potential partnership will be highly effective and will work within primary care mental health settings and community mental health teams. The partnership may provide (but not limited to): Peer Support, advocacy, leisure activities, groups, social inclusion activities, young adults, carers, Welfare and Benefit advice, Employment and vocational Support, Housing Support, Assertive Outreach workers, Community and Culturally Diverse Development workers. These initiatives will be part of a multi-disciplinary, multi-agency approach to ensure the needs of individuals are appropriately met. The purpose of these initiatives is to improve people's access, experience and outcomes and to reduce the health inequalities that will help to reduce the need to access crisis services.

We want to hear from the local market on what offers should be in a partnership and how different organisations could deliver elements of this partnership. Please join us for a market engagement event on Friday 17 May 2024 from 10am to 1pm in the Council Chambers, Civic Suite, Lewisham Town Hall, SE6 4RU
