Description

The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of a minor adaptations service for disabled people who are at risk of falls and injury within their own homes within Birmingham.

The requirement is to be delivered via four Lots with one supplier per lot as follow:

o Lot 1 -Minor Adaptions - North
o Lot 2 -Minor Adaptions - South
o Lot 3 -Minor Adaptions - East
o Lot 4 -Minor Adaptions - West

The Framework Agreement will last for four (4) years with a break clause after Year 1 (unless terminated under agreement provisions).
