Description

This contract is for the retrieval, ,management and publication of monitoring data from the air quality monitoring stations within the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

There are 10 air quality monitoring sites located within The Royal Borough of Greenwich. Information about these air quality monitoring sites can be found within the attached specification.

To enable us to effectively monitor and report on air quality within the borough, and to assist with monitoring the effectiveness of measures in the borough's Air Quality Action Plan, the data captured from these monitors needs to be of a high standard.

Consequently, we need to ensure that all air quality monitoring data is routinely collected and that the data is robust meeting all relevant quality standards. In order to minimise the loss of air quality monitoring data, providers will be required to maintain good communication with both officers from the local authority and its appointed service and maintenance provider. In addition, the data collected will need to be made publicly available using an online platform in a manner that provides meaningful and understandable data to the public and all interested parties.

The contract will need to represent value for money for The Royal Borough of Greenwich while offering a high quality and reliable service.
