Description
The Council is seeking consultancy support to progress the development of the Strategic Outline Case (SOC) and associated Options Appraisal Report describing the preferred intervention to address the problems of Shipley. To ensure the most expeditious development of this SOC the Council proposes to procure the services of an appropriately qualified consultant.
