Direct award of the contract for the provision of the NHS Complaints Advocacy Service to The Carers Federation Ltd. The service is currently delivered by The Carers Federation, under a consortium agreement with Gateshead Council as lead commissioner. 1 April 2022 Gateshead no longer wish to lead the consortium and therefore Darlington will directly award the contract to The Carers Federation Ltd.
