Description

The MHRA has identified a need for the provision of an Enterprise Architecture service to assure the delivery of digital and operational transformation business-as-usual activities and projects.
The service will aim to deliver the following outcomes:

• Return EA to providing an assurance role, rather than design
• Challenge and drive MHRA and its suppliers to make the right architectural decisions
• Ensure key architectural decisions are fully explored, documented and delivered
• Get ahead of the portfolio and focus on guiding projects
• Provide a fully managed service, with no key person dependencies
• Ensure MHRA knowledge repositories are current, accessible and used
• Ensure stakeholders are informed and on-board with technology strategy
• Bring new ideas based on our experience of what works
