Lancaster City Council along with key partners is leading a concerted drive to grow the economic performance of Lancaster as a sub-regional city and to regenerate Morecambe as a place to live, work and visit. The council seeks consultancy support to prepare a fifteen year strategy and plan for the council's provision and management of off-street parking within the urban centres of Lancaster and Morecambe.
