Description
The objective of the tender is to select contractors with the most suitable capacities and capabilities in relation to fire alarms and emergency lighting services.
Suppliers selected will be required to provide a fully comprehensive service, maintenance and repair programme, inclusive of all labour and materials, in accordance with the specification.
HC21 aim is to select a minimum of one supplier for each region (North, central and south). However, in the event that supplier (s) submits a competitive bid for numerous regions, supplier (s) will only be successful for a maximum of two regions.
Approximate spend per region is £120k for the north, £102k for the central and £99k for the south.
