Description

Wakefield Council is seeking to appoint suitable tenderers to sell ice cream and / or refreshments at designated Park sites for the period 18th May 2022 to 17th May 2023, with the option to extend for a further three 12-month periods. The maximum length of the Licence to Occupy could therefore be four years up to and including 17th May 2026.  Tenderers will provide an annual cost for the Licence to Occupy a site and the contract will be awarded for each site to the tenderer whose proposal represents the highest bid.
