Description

The works comprise of servicing and repairs contract for door entry systems situated in various blocks in the Borough of Southend-on-Sea between 1st October 2020 and 31st March 2022.
The number of properties stated in section 5 may vary as a result of the sale of properties or Exclusion by the Contract Administrator and the final account will be adjusted accordingly. If This situation arises South Essex Homes will not recognise any claim for loss of profit.
