Description

Homes England is looking to secure a contractor to undertake the following works:
- Installation of a new surface water outfall, connecting offsite flows through the site and discharging to the River Stour (including crossing an existing flood embankment);
- Construction of a new spine road with a total length of circa 290m;
- Installation of a new gravity foul sewer through the site and decommissioning of the existing rising main on completion;
- Diversion of LV and HV supplies and relocation of a sub-station.
- Raising ground levels across parts of the site by placement of arisings as engineered fill.
