Description

Facilitate Cleaning of Sandwell Valley Crematorium, administration offices, chapel building and Rowley Regis Crematorium

Bereavement Services currently provides several statutory and non-statutory services for families in Sandwell and for neighbouring authorities, at what is likely a difficult time in their life.

We require a professional cleaning company/cleaner to provide enhanced cleaning duties to our front of house, administration offices and public areas at Sandwell Valley Crematorium and Rowley Regis Crematorium.

The Supplier is required to have staff whom are suitably skilled, experienced, competent and professional to meet the requirements of the Council.

Contractors can arrange site visits to inspect the administration office at Sandwell Valley crematorium and chapel areas at both sites prior to carrying out the works to determine the extent of the services to be provided

Term of Contract
The Council proposes to enter into a contract period for an initial term of four (4) years. The anticipated commencement date is 01 February 2023 to 31 January 2027.

Value of Contract
The anticipated annual value of the Contract is in the region of £30,000. The total estimated contract value is £120,000. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
