Description

This contract will be replacing the existing "2/1305 National Distribution Centre (NDC)", which is due to expire at the end of March 2017. This will be for a warehouse/ storage facility and for the replacement "Third Line" support contract. The NTLC is likely to require facilities for a new "Technology Test Centre".

It is planned that the length of contract will be 3 years, with two 1 year extension options (3+1+1).

Highways England has just sent a Prior Identification Notice (PIN) for publication. We are aiming to start the Tender Stage later this Summer (2016) with the publication of an OJEU Notice, following the "Open Procedure".
