Description

The City Council's Supported Housing Pathway is designed to ensure that services make a positive
contribution by improving the quality of life of vulnerable individuals through the delivery of personalised,
preventative and early intervention services. The Young Persons Supported Housing Pathway provides a range
of accommodation for looked-after children, care leavers and young people at risk of homelessness. The
pathway enables the young person develop and gain the necessary skills to live. The services are being procured in six separate lots.
