Description
At the Education other than at School panel on 11/10/2023, the final tribunal ruling on this case was shared. We were asked to source a package of British Sign Language for a Young Person with an EHC plan who is educated other than at school. The specification is for a BSL Tutor Level 4 for only 7 hours per week, term time only until the eve of the Young Person's 25th birthday. The Learner has a very mild hearing impairment however their chosen language & method of communication is BSL.
