Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery Trust (the Trust) in Carlisle (brand name: Tullie) is seeking to appoint a consultant to provide Business Planning Services (the Services) to help develop a robust 10-year business plan with a particular focus on the Trust's ability to grow visitor numbers and commercial activity. Timing is crucial as a major capital development project is about to commence.
