Tullie House Museum and Art Gallery Trust (the Trust) in Carlisle (brand name: Tullie) is seeking to appoint a consultant to provide Business Planning Services (the Services) to help develop a robust 10-year business plan with a particular focus on the Trust's ability to grow visitor numbers and commercial activity. Timing is crucial as a major capital development project is about to commence. This is an exciting and critical period in the museum's development and the Trust would like to develop a business plan that is dynamic, challenging and embeds resilience across all aspects of operation.
