Description
The project consists of 175 New Build Residential units over 5 blocks with 4 commercial units to the ground floors. Piled foundations, RC frames and different envelope types. The project duration is 122 weeks, start date is 24-02-2020 with anticipated completion on 28th June 2022. AMCM are the Construction manager and any successful Contract will be let between Medway Council and the Trade Contractor. This opportunity is for the appointment of a Logistics Contractor. The scope of works will include, but not be limited to Cleaning, Security, Management of Deliveries and distribution of materials around site, Traffic Management, Waste Management, Site Entry System, and Site Fire Alarm System.
