Description

DVLA will appoint a Supplier who can deliver a pipeline of Building Fabric & Mechanical Works. The Supplier will be required to collaborate with a range of stakeholder including the existing Facilities Management (FM) provider and a new FM Supplier (from 1st April 2025).

The pipeline of works includes the following works but are not limited to Building Fabric & Mechanical Works, driven by the aim to modernise the DVLA estate and improve the facilities on offer for staff and building users.

Design & create Wellbeing room & multi-faith room.
Safe walkways & signage in C Block basement Stores & Ty Felin.
Supply and Installation of Air Filters over vents for communication rooms.
C Block ground communication room - Improvement to ventilation.
Design and Build of an External Social / Wellbeing Area.
Extension of secure card delivery area at Output Services Group (OSG). Morriston
